Private entry and door We are in adjoining property but we only interact if you need us. Shared Garden: Guests have access to a lovely shared garden located just behind the building — a peaceful spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Please be mindful of quiet hours and other residents enjoying the space. Parking: There is street parking. It is zoned and parking over 2 hours can be subject to tickets. We can offer a short term visitors permit for a fee. The fee for short term is $25. For stays 2 weeks and more it is a $25 fee per Month. Pet-Friendly: Well-behaved pets are welcome! Please include your pet in your booking details so we can prepare accordingly. Quiet Street: The apartment is located on a charming, one-way residential street. We ask that guests respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM. Historic Property: As part of a historic Georgetown home, some features reflect the building’s original character — slightly creaky floors and vintage details add to its charm. Extended Stays: The apartment is well-suited for short or extended visits and includes a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and all the essentials for longer stays.
